They did a great job replacing three sets of sliding glass doors. Their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new windows. I plan on calling them in a couple years when I'm ready to replace the the rest of the windows in the front of my house.

Looking for the right company to help me with my window replacement project was difficult. All these companies make promises they can't keep and are just looking to take your money. However, Prestige Windows and Doors were openly honest with me and gave me realistic time frames on when we would receive the product and kept me inform of any delays. When it came to installation, they called me in advance to confirm installation day and notified me when their crew would get here. I am proud to recommend this company because they never gave me any false promises and provided me with beautiful windows and a great installation crew.

I had hired Prestige Windows & Doors to do my impact windows and was very happy and satisfied with the company. 12 impact windows were installed with the professionalism . Extremely happy and satisfied with the professionalism, product quality and customer service from Prestige Windows & Doors. From the beginning, Michael Palmer was very knowledgeable and helpful to get the right sliding doors for my needs. He presented all options and was upfront about how long it would take to manufacture and install. Throughout the process, Emily, Rosemary and Jeanette kept me in the loop on the status of HOA approval, permits, and made sure the final measurements were perfect before the doors were sent to be made. When I was notified they were ready to install, the first available install date was the very next day, which was amazing. The installers were professional and courteous, made sure everything was done as neatly as possible. Guillermo, the install manager, made sure to inspect the installation several times and ensured every detail was up to the company's standards before I signed off. I am very thankful for his expert eye as well as everyone else involved in this process. I honestly could not be happier.

I hired Prestige for my window project. Overall, they were a great company to work with. They were responsive when it came to providing me with updates on the arrival of the product and with permitting as well. When they came to install, they did a great job! They handled the products with great care and they made sure to leave my windows secure and in beautiful conditions. My only frustration was with the install manager getting back to me and to schedule service for one window. It took quite some time to get it resolved but, it was eventually resolved. Regardless, I am happy with my windows.

I had windows that needed replacing. I checked with many dealers and contractors and Prestige seemed like the right fit for me. They were quick to send someone over to talk to me about the product, as well as measure my windows. They had so many options to choose from, and I found the right product, style, glass color and tint for me. Installation was pretty fair. I would recommend they hire better installers since there were some areas that could've been done better. Overall, great experience.

I went with Prestige because they assured me that their products, the one from their manufacturer, were of higher quality. They couldn’t have been more right. When I had my windows and doors installed, I immediately saw the difference between my old windows and doors and the new ones. It brought a whole new look to my home. Prestige did a great job with my windows and doors. For the consultation, they came out and showed me samples to see which I would prefer and I was happy with my choice. They explained how long the process was gonna be and how long it would take to get the products from the manufacturer. All in all, the installation crew were hardworking, considerate of maintaining my home clean and providing professional work ethic. I recommend them!

Wow! My husband and I are so impressed with the level of professionalism this company upholds. From beginning to end , everything ran smoothly with the installation of our impact windows and doors. Any type of construction or remodeling in a home tends to create a littleChaos, but not with Prestige. The installers worked swiftly and cleaned up each work section as they finished, leaving behind zero dust and debris. Our house look amazing and we feel well protected. I have no complaints with this company. The process was fairly easy with my initial quote, and the permitting, and with the final inspection and final payment. My house is now prepared in case of any hurricanes coming up. They are beautiful and they make my house look newer. If you’re looking for impact windows and doors, then call Prestige. Prestige did a phenomenal job with my home. I needed impact windows done and they kept me informed, advised me when the product was ordered, and when installation would take place. During installation, they covered sections of my home to protect it from dust. They took the time and consideration to install the windows correctly and walk me through their work. My experience with this company was fairly positive. I had the initial meeting to get a quote for some impact windows and doors and the sales person was very informative and answered my questions and concerns. They showed me different products and styles to choose from. I had other quotes from other companies, but even though Prestige was a little expensive, I liked their quality products the best. The process took a little while to order and install my windows and doors, but they were worth the wait.

I was looking for impact windows for my home, and I had different quotes from 3 companies, but Prestige really won me over with the product and price. My sales representative Marcel was outstanding. He came out to my home and showed me some samples and went over the pros and cons of each one, and recommended which one would best fit my home. The installation was overall clean, and the installers that came out were very hardworking and friendly. My only complaint is that their customer service could be better. Overall, I love my new windows and Prestige really came through.

Prestige took care of everything! The ordering process was smooth with my sales rep explaining the different options (and being very patient with us). The installers were excellent and we're sure to clean up after themselves on a daily basis. The inspection passed without issue with the inspector saying Prestige always has quality work.

I recommend this company. The quality windows are great, firm and excellent quality. They slide gently and look beautiful. It's personnel are very professional and responsive. They worked within the frame of time they told me. They do all the process including city permits. On site, workers prepared each area to keep the house the cleanest possible, and were very careful keeping their masks all the time. Now we are safer, we improved our a/c performance and decreased the outdoor noise. We had a great experience!

MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT..... Long delay to submit a permit to the city, 2 different install dates a month apart, I was told a 2-3 day install and ended up to be 5 days, the crew didn’t work on Saturday as I was told they do, had to get a whole new wireless alarm system since my wires were covered over or damaged, the 2 man install team only had a 2 foot step ladder for a window that was 9 feet tall so they had to use my ladders, from start to finish was 5 months not the original 3 we were told from the sales rep. I can say the windows are a very good quality but Prestige just does the install and buys from the manufacturer.

We moved to a house in Weston Florida and needed to replace few windows with impact windows. We researched for a good impact window contractor and found that Prestige windows offers quality windows and service at a reasonable price. We liked there 10 year warranty and partial release of lien.They delivered and installed the windows on time and job was completed in a professional manner. Worked with Erika to order my windows. Very helpful and professional. I like that they outline the process straight forward from start to finish. At the moment, the permits have been applied for (with the help their team) and they have ordered the windows. I will update my review once the work is complete, but so far I am happy with their professionalism and quality of work which is refreshing in MiamiUpdate: windows and doors were installed and they did an excellent job! I couldn’t be happier with the end result. I even tested their customer service a few months later (we knocked a screen off a sliding door and) and Prestige came right out the next day to put the screen back on its track. I am so happy with their service and final product, you truly get what you pay for. Everyone was so nice and I have recommend prestige to friends, and they did an equally great job on my friends house. Thanks Prestige!!

Great job! Although the ordering of the windows took longer than we expected, it did follow the timeline provided in our proposal, so they were spot on with that. From the initial consultation to the process of signing the proposals and scheduling to installation, it all went smoothly. Our job wasn't very big (2 sets of windows in an apartment building) but the entire job was completed in one day. The installer was very nice and respectful and covered and cleaned everything after he was done. It was a great experience, especially after reading reviews for some of the other companies. We will be hiring them again to do our sliding balcony doors.

Called for quotes on doors. Was told they have a minimum of 5 windows or doors. So basically only call this company if your trying to re-do your entire home and spend tons of money.Update: Called same day I left the review. Got my doors elsewhere.

In 2018, I spoke to Jakob and he provided me with a very good info and great quote. I am ready to begin the process of replacing my home windows and doors and I plan to do the work with this company. I will write a review after the process is complete.

My experience with Prestige Windows & Doors was Awesome! They were helpful from the beginning and were very transparent with every single detail. I changed 8 windows on my house and I am very happy with not only the craftsmanship of the window but the work perform on my property. Our project manager assigned was Franco and our window installers name was Alejandro and if I ever did another project again with prestige I would definitely ask for them again. Alejandro was very professional from beginning to end and cover all my belongings for protection. Once he was done in a room he would clean up and was very efficient and attention to detail. Our experience with prestige has been phenomenal and the clean up afterwards was very minimal for us, which was one of our concerns when we started the project. Keep up the good work and I will recommend you guys to my family and friends.

Our experience with Prestige Windows and Doors was very pleasant. The staff (from the staff that measures, the schedulers, order confirmation, permits and even their finance department) are all very professional and they are masters at managing expectations, all with great personable attitudes. Our sales representative (Erica) was a pleasure to work with as well. Her attention to detail and prompt responses are qualities that helped secure our decision. The minor troubleshooting that was needed, were handled promptly by Emilio, who is also a fantastic representative of the company, with a "can do" attitude with excellent results, as expected from an A+ company. We highly recommend Prestige, and their staff, for such an important and expensive investment in your home.

Bought the impact sliding doors for 5 doors. Completed the paperwork in May 2019. They were installed in October of 2019 ( the wait time was explained to me and I already anticipated that it would take a while to get to my house). Once the installation process began (Friday to Sunday), everything went smoothly. The installers were great, very knowledgable about the job and what they were doing (Georgie and Gustavo). They were friendly and punctual throughout the installation process. Its 4 months now that I have had my impact doors and I absolutely love them. They really keep the noise out (I can no longer hear the sirens wailing in the distance and neighborhood dogs barking). I would highly recommend the company from start to finish for impact doors and windows.

I really didn’t want to do this but I been waiting for a couple of month a payment of a job I did in this company I went a couple time to the office to talk to the owner and he don’t want to give his face to his workers I don’t recommend no body working in this company they lie to the installer and they lie to the customer. Everything went perfectly with Prestige. Beginning with Laszlo who came to give us our quote. He was very professional. The installers were prompt, neat and cleaned up every day. Emilio the project manager was available throughout the process. Our inspector and alarm installer both said what a great job Prestige did on the installation of our impact windows.

Contacted Prestige windows based on a recommendation from my neighbor. They were pretty thorough with the process. I thought the language barrier would be in issue: but my guys were super professional and friendly. We used Google translator to communicate. I loved the fact that they opened 1 spaced spaces worked it and closed before the end of their shift daily. I never had to worry about cleaning up behind them. They were in and out within 3 days or so. The company really goes all out to make sure the customers are pleased. I'm happy I went with prestige.

We are thoroughly happy with our new impact windows and door. From the initial interview with Malena Armas, thru construction thru final closeout all was done with us, the customer in mind. Trust me I am not an easy client, I think I changed my mind on the specifications at least four times. We had three large windows and three custom sized windows, all together we had 23 windows. Their products conform to the very strict Miami Dade County Approved Product requirements. These are engineered products, requiring strict adherence to installation procedures.
